Small Group Personal Training

Syndicate MMA now offers small group fitness classes! We are bringing professional strength and conditioning to you. This class is available to all Syndicate MMA members. Parents who have their child enrolled in a program are also able to participate.

All attendees must sign a liability waiver. Any non-member participant must also pay a $20 entry fee to the front desk.
